Rules of Use
- Membership is open to guests aged 18 years and above and is issued with a unique TREFFEN Rewards ID.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- Points are earned on eligible spending including rooms, dining, takeaway, events and hotel services.
- Points are credited only after payment is completed and verified.
- Points are earned based on the member's tier level (Classic: 5%, Silver: 6%, Gold: 7%, Platinum: 8%).
- Points can be redeemed for food, stays, events and selected hotel services.
- Redemption value is calculated using the hotel's approved conversion rate and tier benefits. Our base redemption rate is 0.05 QAR per point.
- All redemptions must be processed through the TREFFEN Rewards system with member verification.
- Points may be used for family or guests when the member is present.
- Selling, transferring or abusing points or benefits is strictly prohibited.
- All TREFFEN Rewards points are valid for one (1) year from the member's registration date.
- Hotel facility, safety and age-limit rules apply at all times.
- TREFFEN House Hotel may adjust, suspend or cancel accounts for misuse or fraud, after the approval of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
- TREFFEN Rewards remains the exclusive property of TREFFEN House Hotel — Doha.
